In a garden so green and serene
All the creatures make a lovely scene
Birds trill and insects chatter
Rabbits hop and peacocks clatter
The green grass and the lovely flowers
Nod in time to the insects' hum
The rabbits dart among the vines
As the peacocks strut and shine
The trees rustle and the leaves whisper
The branches sway and the petals flutter
The bees buzz and the caterpillars crawl
The dragonflies flit and the frogs call
And then I sit in my secret place
To simply watch the joyful space
As creatures dance and sing
To the music of the mild rains
And I think to myself with a smile
How wonderful it is to be alive
In the beauty in rain and in the sun
In the creatures who play and run
In the peace that I find in this place
I hear the music of the mild rains
Filling the air with their joyful strains
And I am content and at ease
For what is life without some sound?
Be it the music of the mild rains
The rustle of the leaves
The chatter of the birds
The cry of a peacock
Or the laugh of a child
All these sounds and more
Are the symphony of life
And I am grateful to hear it
For it brings me joy
And it fills my heart with love
Even when I have a bad day
In this garden, all is right
For here, in nature's embrace
I can hear the music of the divine
And my spirit soars and my heart sings
As I remember what it is to be happy
Here I find God too
In the beauty of His creation
In the creatures who dance and play
In the music of the mild rains
And my heart is glad and my soul is light
As I thank Him for this wonderful day
And I thank Him for this wonderful symphony of life.
